Kaleidoscopic Minds

“As with a kaleidoscope, I might come to change the patterns of my world, and perhaps even my own mind into an even more glorious expression.” - unknown

A kaleidoscope is a tube containing mirrors and many tiny coloured pieces that arrange to reflect various patterns once held to the light. With each twist of a kaleidoscope, a new pattern emerges, bringing to light information and possibility. Here at Kaleidoscopic Minds, like a kaleidoscope, we consider that your thoughts, emotions, and movements reflect important pieces of your story, creating intricate patterns for us to shine light on, and consciously witness, experience, and understand.

Therapy with us aims to be authentic, compassionate, curious and flexible. We wholeheartedly believe the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and that it's important to understand mind and body patterns to integrate a whole person. We seek to support you to mindfully connect with these patterns, exploring how they manifest into your experience of and interaction with your self, others and your external environment. Supporting your journey to greater connection with yourself, we hope to empower you with conscious choice to navigate daily life and create change where it's wanted.
